Came here for a tour and their system couldn’t scan my id properly so they didn’t let me see the building. If this is the way they treat potential tenants imagine what they do to the current residents. Don’t waste your time coming here.
The best maintenance team! Always arrive fast and fix the problem. And are super kind
Update: While not perfect, Greystar management who has since taken over still delivers a great rental place to stay. Clean and well-maintained. Leasing office keeps their door opened and communicates well with residents. Improvements are being done to the building as well. 2000 Broadway Property Manager is amazing. Rob has been great w his communication. The improvements in my short stay (6 months) has helped the living experience here. The gym and pool which opened up are great pluses. 2 stars for the apartment(cracking concrete tho), 2 stars for the good view, solid -3 stars for the disrespectful tour agent.
