In an earlier review I complained about the pricing, etc.. of this business. I have a new Mustang GT that has some issues, so I brought it to 2000 Auto. Steve and his crew did a great job evaluating the problem and providing the first bit of logical advice I've heard on this issue. I regret the earlier bad mouthing and I will be using them in the future.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
They take time to explain issues and provide detailed analysis with your car's performance. Also they provide sound, budget worthy resolutions that I value.
As always, service was outstanding and done on time. Have used 2000 Auto since they opened and have always been satisfied with their work and advice.
Customer since 1995. The location and the team may have changed. Now as the movie says "They've got it." Steve, Larry, Cary, and Kevin form a perfect circle of professional automobile service without equal.
Fast and efficient service. In addition to an oil and lub I request some additional service and and was told it was not needed. Saving time and money.
I booked an oil change online via email. My appointment went quick and smooth. Good price for service.

As a long time customer of 2000 Auto, I have made numerous appointments for service and warranty work on many makes and models of automobiles. I have yet to arrive on time for my appointment and not be inside their facility with my work being done in a matter of minutes. Cary runs a tight but friendly ship and Steve oversees the trained mechanics in all phases of repair and maintenance work.
