Enough is enough!!! 200 Ridley Blvd is infested with cockroaches. There is no pest control program in place and the shared areas, like corridors, are cleaned only once a month — in a good case. It is absolutely disgusting!!! The superintendent has zero work ethics or knowledge on how to manage the property. It is absolutely disgusting!!! I was referred to 200 Ridley Boulevard by my Family Doctor who has lived here for 35+ Years. She is Dr. Voaden who loves the Building. Unit 221. I searched many Locations but this was the best for my Business at the time. I cannot say enough about John’s’ work taking care of the Building & Residents. *Every Morning Dry Mopping the Wet Floors. *Available anytime on Call *A Great Representation of Signet. 10+ Years here. Great location if you work anywhere near Avenue and Wilson. Great superintendent John , the agent Jason was solid, and Kerri Watson is very helpful but it’s an old building. After talking to some tenants there have been roaches and rats at the location. I’ve seen rats outside and cockroaches in the hall ways after people have killed them. Smelly pipes from bathroom. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location. John, our superintendent, is always great to interact with. Very courteous, professional and accommodating.
