It got even worse since the new property manager was hired to replace Daniella. There are rats running in the premises. It is very neglected and unsafe. No appropriate lighting during night so you have to pray not to get hit by a car every time you have to walk outside. No ventilation system so there is a constant bad smell. I moved in on February 1, 2025. The building is clean, and the apartment is spacious, but the soundproofing is terrible. I can hear the pipes whenever the unit above me uses water, as well as footsteps, music, and other noises from my neighbors. If I had known this, I would have chosen a top-floor unit.
