I had an absolutely horrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and angry towards me. She had mistaken me for a different customer and I tried to explain that to her but she continued to be rude. She refused to allow me to have my hair done. When I got outside I was in tears. I had to wait outside in the hot Arizona sun for an hour until my husband could pick me up. 20 Volume Salon in Gilbert. Don't go.
I came to this salon for a haircut by Morgan and I talked about how I wanted to get hi lites. I told her I had been dying my hair at home and the last time was 8 months ago. She said she could give me blonde hi lites, no problem. I came back a month later and after 5 hours in the chair my hair felt fried and I barely had brown streaks in my hair BARELY noticeable.
