A/C went out while on vacation so we returned to 100+degree temps. Called DL around 8:30pm and he responded within 5 minutes. Came out the next morning and fixed it. Very responsive, professional and took the time to explain the problem thoroughly. DL Pranger is now my go-to for A/C & heating needs.
Excellent, prompt service, and very pleasant. My heat went out, and it's cold, and they came out within the hour, showed me what was wrong, fixed it, and were helpful and informative. Even better: the bill was very reasonable. I'm new to the area and adulting is the worst. They made it easier. Their number is now saved in my phone. Highly recommended.
My furnace quit at the coldest time of the year. They showed up right away and repaired the problem as quickly as possible. And at a reasonable price too.
