Lived at 20 Fulton for 3.5 years in 2 different units and loved it. When I moved it it was unique to have front desk staff and management on staff during working hours including concierge and package handling. However by the time I left the front desk was hardly ever staffed anymore. I got a ton of use out of the gym and pool. Took part in as many of the events and activities they did to bring the community together.
Juan is a very impressive property manager. I moved in a few months ago and have been having a great time so far, and know that if any issues were to arise for any reason Juan would take care of them efficiently and with care! Really lucky to have such a great person working at 20 Fulton and truly making an effort to make this place home.
I have lived at 20 fulton for almost 2 years now. I am big on reviews which is why I am leaving one. I will be honest, this is the safest place I have ever lived at. There are on sight security cameras, and you need a key fob to get into multiple entrances in the building. The staff is extremely nice and helpful (Especially Juan), and I have had close to no problems living here. I would recommend this place to anyone who values convenience, safety, and an efficient staff.
I would like to extend my appreciation to Lindsey for her invaluable assistance throughout the process of my move to 20 Fulton East. Her patience and thorough responses to all my inquiries have been instrumental in making me feel secure about the transition. I eagerly anticipate moving into my new apartment in the coming months.
