Excellent Property and staff very on top of things and smooth experience
Terrible experience of living there. Management just does not care
We live here for almost a year. It's been nothing but an amazing experience. We would like to thank the entire team at 20 Fulton. The management and the staff here are very caring and warm. The apartments are very beautiful and well maintained.
I love living here. These past few months for me have been quite impressive. The property manager Juan is amazing. He has amazing communication skills. The community here is amazing. I enjoy Grand Rapids to the fullest.
Lived at 20 Fulton for 3.5 years in 2 different units and loved it. When I moved it it was unique to have front desk staff and management on staff during working hours including concierge and package handling. However by the time I left the front desk was hardly ever staffed anymore. I got a ton of use out of the gym and pool. Took part in as many of the events and activities they did to bring the community together.
