Love this place! I'm pregnant and she has really helped my back pain and headaches.
I've known Dr. Munroe for 16+ years and she has always been able to help me. I don't know about the billing issues because I don't have a "plan" but she has always been honest and forthright. I would suggest approaching her and discussing your concerns personally instead of relying on the receptionist. Just an observation.
Dr. Munroe is amazing!! I highly recommend her, if your in pain come see her and she'll fix you right up!!
