The staff were very kind and took the time to assist my dad and I when it came to scheduling an eye exam and purchasing glasses. I would like to mention there was one person who responded to my dad and I very rudely when we first reached the desk, but everyone else is why I'll be giving 5 stars. Maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know. BUT, nonetheless the Optometrist Tech Mar was super kind and patient with us! They are in network but I'm not a Sam's club member so I can't buy frames or anything from them. What a waste of time! When you run my insurance over the phone why not ask me if I'm a sam's club member to save me the trip. Don't waste yalls time on this place.

They don't know what they are doing. No optometrist on site. They video conferenced 3 separate supposed professionals. When I asked why, they replied that it was who ever answered the call? They were out of my prior prescribed brand, so they tried me on another harder contact. It was uncomfortable. The blond lady on the conference told me I had to take that brand. I told her again, it was uncomfortable, that I would wait and come back when they got my brand back in. I have in the past received a prescription and could fill i... read more
