I want to be honest, the Office is a little dusty but the guy was really nice, professional and friendly. It was the first time for me for telemedicine experience but I felt cared and happy about how easy and smooth was my experience. And the price is really goooooood. I will be back for sure
I went in for a routine exam and was impressed by how thorough, easy, and affordable it was. I was able to book an appointment after 5pm which was super convenient for my work schedule. Conor was a total professional and answered all my questions. The office was bright, clean, and I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a new prescription in hand. I even recommended it to a friend afterwards. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
Really shocked by my whole experience here… the office itself is extremely dusty and dirty (food crumbs in lots of places you wouldn’t expect, no wipe down of the equipment I put my face against, dust balls all over) and the person who worked with me the entire time did not introduce himself at all, but did the entire appointment. I’m assuming he was a tech? He sat me down for the initial testing at the machine and did not tell me anything about it - truly just sat me down, told me where to put my chin, and then walked away.... read more
I had an appointment for today August 4th at 10:45am. I received borderline spam text reminders beginning a week out, even after I had confirmed to the first text. In addition to the texts they sent me reminder emails each of the 3 days leading up to the appointment. When I show up, the lights were off and the door was locked. Really pissed me off, cause I'm driving down from Bangor and there was not even a sign in the window say "sorry, family emergency" or something of that nature.
