RecommendedGreat service, I definitely recommend this place.
Went in to the Saint James location today with the temple broken off of my glasses. I was a little bit desperate because I needed to see so I could work, and I asked the staff for help. My glasses weren’t even purchased at the location, but the staff repaired the glasses within the day, cleaned them, and returned them to me for free. The employees here are extremely kind and certainly made my day. 5 stars
Great staff & quick service. Gave me assistance finding best frame for me.
Customer service is horrible. Waited a whole month for contacts that was ordered and paid for only to be told they were not paid for and there's a balance on my account. Magically the next day the cash was found in the cash register. Went to speak to the owner who seem very interested. When I told her she would not get my business anymore she said take your shit and go.
The staff and service was on point and fast Thanks y'all..
