DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT do Buisness with this company!! They have really poor service very unfriendly staff and they will jip you out of your money! No wonder they are not BBB Accredited!! They set on my fiance's glasses for over a month and when he asked for his money back..they had the nerve to charge him a re- processing fee!!! What the hell!! Beware this place it is a rip off!!

I had a more thorough exam there than I did with Opthomologist i used before. I was not rushed in any way. My questions were answered and everything explained in layman terms. They will be my first choice for corrective vision! Everyone there was friendly, helpful and professional.

I will say I have a difficult prescription, but to be told I would have to sacrifice one vision point to have another is unheard of. If you as a professional can’t get the vision where it should be you should have said “I can’t get your vision to where it should be”. Then the glasses was made their company did not make the lenses but had to send them back once because of not being made correctly. So, I got glasses and the lenses are not right. The staff is really not that friendly and never has a pleasant attitude. it always takes forever to get a weekend appointment because they aren’t open late and no one seems to know what is going on. At one point my entire office and their families were going to this place, now I am the only one and I’m about to leave.
I do recommend because the staff is friendly but not thrilled that my daughter waited over an hour to be seen then was told she would have to come back tomorrow to pick out her glasses because they were about to close. A little irritated with that. Sounds like some scheduling issues to me.
Professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I found the right place. I was issued a friendly greeting followed by professional exam. When it came time to picking out my glasses I have someone by my side as I needed them. No pressure just assistance. My entire experience was positive. Have recommended them to family and friends.
