They don't tell you that your insurance doesn't cover a special exam they insist you to have. They tell you your bill is paid but weeks after you have received your glasses, you get a bill in the mail saying you owe them extra money. My Husband, Myself, My Daughter and Cousins wouldn't be going back there! We are taking our business elsewhere!
I went there everybody was nice paid my bill 30 days later they told me I still owed them something for some special treatment that I had and it was a law that I had to have this test done I didn't know that there was a law for you to have exam on your eyes I called them they said oh well you have to pay the bill that's the way it is I say just stay away go somewhere where they are upfront with you on the billing
Very friendly and professional. The best is, they are all OSU Buckeye fans.
