I've been going to see George for 15 years now and from the first minute I've been stunned with his knowledge, skill level and kindness and caring. He went above and beyond today for me, as I was really in a pickle and yes George I'm crying as I post this. I have no choice but to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received at your store. On August 8th, my daughter was prescribed a pair of Myopia control lenses, which cost us a total of $604. The staff instructed her to come back for a follow-up after six months. However, less than three months after wearing the lenses, my daughter’s vision has noticeably worsened. She had an eye test at another optician, and her myopia has increased from -1.5 to -2.5. Cannot recommend these folks enough. After TWO YEARS & three different opticians struggling with my high very myopia script it took ONE VISIT to Suzanne & Keryn & I've got the best glasses that I've had since I started to need multifocals.
