Very thorough and knowledgeable, George and Suzzane are always so lovely, and put my mind at ease by explaining where I am at with my condition, offering a solution to my symptoms, talking through the pattern of previous results and offering a future plan. They have picked up on things that other optometry clinics and doctors have missed that could be quite detrimental long term, and saved me money by offering services that i would otherwise need to see a specialist for. 20/20 has been my family optometrist for over 20 years. George is amazing as an optometrist. He is professional and up to date with the fast paced changes in optometry . The staff are attentive and knowledgeable with every aspect of eye care . As a repeat offender of losing or damaging my glasses . I have always benefited from their ability to repair or replace my damaged glasses. They have a great selection of glasses to choose from. Don’t ask me how I know… It’s just a great and caring experience every visit.
Suzanne is fantastic, always incredibly thorough, validating my concerns, she takes time to explain what is happening with my eyes and accurately develops a plan. Aster was brilliant, steering me in the right direction of frame choice and lens selection. Highly recommended.
