Got a recommendation from a friend, that this was the best home inspection service to use and they were not wrong. A very through inspection was done and it was well documented, making it easy to explain what needed to be done. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend using them.

Wes is an excellent home inspector. He pays attention to detail and finds things most people would't. Great quality of work. He explains things well. Reports easy to follow. He also has a great personality and is fun to talk to! I highly recommend using 20/20 for your home inspections.

Don't be fooled by the reviews posted by those in real estate. They are not a homeowner who paid for an inspection, thus not legit. Incomplete home inspection performed, negligent in the results with numerous post purchase issues discovered. His BBB accreditation is meaningless as he refuses to look at or address any issues. Extremely arrogant in his unwillingness to admit he's erred, despite my evidence to the contrary. If you have a problem with this guy you'll end up having to sue him to get any resolve. Wes was very knowledgeable about my new construction home. He was on time, professional, and thorough. He allowed me to walk with him during the inspection and I was able to ask questions. His receptionist is very pleasant and also knowledgeable about the inspection process. Wes' report made my walk through with the builder exceptionally easy.
