pathetic service no regards for customer service they gave me wrong prescription
This is regrettable since I don’t like giving bad reviews but my father got a wrong prescription from them to which we had the glasses made. After explaining it to them that their mistake caused this problem they basically denied all responsibility and did not acknowledge their mistake. Hope everyone is careful from now on when they go to this place
Pathetic service and no customer service support! I got wrong prescription number from them and got my glasses made based on the wrong number and when I reached out to them they said they gave me the wrong prescription and no help from their side Extremely rude and disappointing experience with them!
