Jake was as helpful as he could be but it was odd that the error code the unit was putting out didn’t match up to what the crew was explaining to me. UPDATE : I have issues with the company however as a whole. The unit I had installed stopped working in the middle of winter and I did end up wasting a good chunk money on trying to get something done to no avail.
