David was friendly and professional. My only problem with this visit was that he arrived after the scheduled window, but he did apologize and said it was staffing issues, so that's not a negative toward him. Luckily once he arrived, it was a quick 10 min. visit to check a/c unit.

Technician David was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure our Air conditioner was working properly and all our systems are good. We have always used 20 20 Air for the winter servicing of our heating to the air conditioning in the summer and always had good results. Service has always been excellent.
