Initially was worried going for 2% realtor but decided to go with Morris and couldn't be any happier that I did. As it was my first time listing a house, I had many questions and Morris did not hesitate to provide those answers anytime of the day. He provided great advice and insight regarding pricing the house right and got me an offer in less than a month. Highly recommend Morris to family and friends.

Great experience. Interviewed three realtors. Decided to list with Morris because we thought we could communicate well with him. He also added value with excellent advice on what to do and what not to do to prepare the property for sale. And his photographer is top shelf. The 2% model is incredible. Have no idea why people would pay more with others. You get integrity, experience and great value.
We tried 2% realty 5 years ago for the first time and were "unsure" of what to expect compared to the "big realtors" that were out there. We went with 2% to try and save some money on commissions.
