This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I bought a Thanksgiving meal and they charged my card twice for $266.94 each. I reached out multiple times—calls, emails, everything—and they completely ignored me. No call back, no reply, no explanation. Nothing. We used them today for the first time for our Thanksgiving holiday luncheon at work for 32 people and all thumbs were up, outstanding food!! We have found our go to solution for these events! Had their Holiday Meal and it was excellent, the delivery was professional and on time and we cannot wait to use them again for Christmas! 👍👍
We used 2pops for our vow renewal on 7/18. I do NOT recommend using them for anything. They were late to set up, the number they provided for our attendants was NOT for them. When I tried calling to see where they were I was told that person was at a different event, they were not ready to serve on time, one of the side dishes was NOT what we ordered (my original invoice that I used to pay my 20% deposit and my final paid invoice shows the correct food but was told they never received any correspondence changing the side dis... read more
