It’s honestly disgusting how unprofessional this response is ?attacking what I was wearing instead of addressing the actual issue. As a postpartum mom, I guess I’m not allowed to wear gym clothes without being judged by your business? That alone speaks volumes about the kind of place this is. 🙅🏻♀️Absolutely terrible experience! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment a day in advance with Nadia expecting at least some level of professionalism, but clearly, that was too much to ask. When I arrived, the stylist was nowhere to be found apparently“taking a break” or making personal calls. I stood there for over 10 minutes with my baby in the middle of a crowded, chaotic salon with no seats available, no assistance, and absolutely no clue where she was.
