Consumer alert!! If only I could submit a negative review...Purchased a Living Social coupon. Literally took 5 weeks to get a return phone call and schedule a cleaning. Was a no show on the appointed date. More calls (from me to them) and finally another date. (We had an event planned and the urgency to clean was clearly communicated). Antoher no show and no phone call from this company. Either these guys are totally inept and unorganized or unethical or all the above. I would give these guys a 0 if I could. I purchased a deal through amazon local to come out and clean 20 windows. I had planned on paying more to get the rest of my windows done and if they did a good job I would have put them on a come every 4 months schedule. I called to schedule an appointment with them and it took them a week to call me back. They then scheduled an appointment over a month out. They stated that they would be at my home at 9am and they never showed up. I waited for hours but to no avail. They really misse... read more
