The food is as always, delicious. Belinda makes her own pickled beets and they are unbelievable. Today I had the Monterey with a side of Bow tie and a side of beets. Yummy.
We hosted a business event for approximately 100 people and everyone loved the food! Belinda was wonderful to work with. She created a custom order specifically around our needs for the event and the food was not only amazing, but the display of the food was gorgeous. I would absolutely use 2 Gals again for any event we are hosting in the Charlotte area.
