I cannot recommend 2 Brothers Flooring. We paid in full on May 31st, but discovered multiple issues with the installation shortly after - specifically loose stair nosing that poses a serious tripping hazard for anyone using the stairs (especially concerning since we have two babies at home), as well as holes and scratches on the drywall that they caused during installation and promised to fix. Summary: Be sure you get every little thing completed before you send final payment. Alex was great to work with up to install and we were happy overall with the install, but it has taken over 25 calls and emails to get him back to finish the final punchlist items, and it is still not fully complete more than 12 months later. Hired to sand and refinish oak floor. They did a fantastic job. Very professional and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
Two Brothers are currently installing and refinishing our kitchen. They are amazing, their craftsmanship is 10/10 and they are extremely easy to work with. I will post pictures and update my review when they are done. However, the install was flawless an they addressed all of our concerns in our 1970s house!
They don’t honor warranty. They installed LVP. They don’t fix any issues from their workmanship. I asked them to come out and fix the issues of their workmanship and they never did. They initially said yes, but they didn’t come out like they said (twice). They stopped answering my phone calls. So, I am done.
