They came out in the morning and were done by lunch. They moved the furniture and then put it back. Very professional.
They never finished the job even though they were paid . Never responded to MULTIPLE and EXCESSIVE attempts to get them to come back and finish (install transition that was on order still) and address issues with the instal. Horrible experience and a lot of money spent for a horrible flooring job.
I cannot recommend 2 Brothers Flooring. We paid in full on May 31st, but discovered multiple issues with the installation shortly after - specifically loose stair nosing that poses a serious tripping hazard for anyone using the stairs (especially concerning since we have two babies at home), as well as holes and scratches on the drywall that they caused during installation and promised to fix. Summary: Be sure you get every little thing completed before you send final payment. Alex was great to work with up to install and we were happy overall with the install, but it has taken over 25 calls and emails to get him back to finish the final punchlist items, and it is still not fully complete more than 12 months later. Hired to sand and refinish oak floor. They did a fantastic job. Very professional and easy to work with. Definitely recommend!
