The Super and Caretaker are super friendly a good place to rent an apartment.
Oh my gosh, I've lived here at 4 Franklyn Court now for 7 years ,and have always loved my building. It is an iconic building here in Dartmouth., NS. My building has always felt like a community. It is quiet family orientated and diverse building. Our newcombers to Canada, have said how safe they feel in the building, and how they feel so welcome. Our building managers, i can not say enough about them. Best Building ive ever lived here in HRM
