Beautiful facility! Very secure. If you are in need of storage in the hwy 58 area, then look no further.
Was really taken aback by the people that managed it. Clearly marked 24hr access with no stipulations on said hours yet I was literally reprimanded for being in my unit in the early am. Finally leading to utter frustration I had to cut ties and look elsewhere to store my belongings.
Very friendly and facility is well kept.
This place was great. We had delay after delay on our move coming from across the country. They were so accommodating, even letting us know how incredibly flexible they would be to help us drop our things in storage. Extremely sweet people and a local business, if anyone has storage needs in Chattanooga, I'm recommending them.
