The coaches were great: upbeat, fun and patient. The kids had a great time.
We love the Prukop's, as well as everyone else at 1UP Sports Performance! My son has attended multiple camps and speed training sessions and each of the coaches that he has worked with have been excellent!
I'd recommend this gym over any other without a doubt. And the trainers make it that much better, pushing you toward your goals and giving you all the knowledge you need to get your health/body back on track. If your New Years resolution is to get back in shape, definitely check them out!!
Amazing place that offers awesome workouts and specialized training!! I'm so glad we found the Prukops &1Up, they're a wonderful family in addition to running an outstanding gym!
