My son Jacob has done a few football camps with 1UP and has loved them, especially the one he is in right now getting ready for 7th grade football. The coaches are amazing and passionate. They teach the boys not just about football, but how to be a better player, teammate and person. I like how they hold the boys accountable, teach them to be safe, but also push them to be their best and to do it with respect. Coach Dowrey is amazing. Just the right blend of encouragement and correction. Rickey has learned several techniques and enjoys the sessions immensely.
We have loved 1Up! My son Kaden is doing the speed/agility training. I like that it’s different every time he goes and they give him feedback the entire time. Very friendly environment:)
Stopped in for the 1st time this AM & was amazed by the facility design, Training staff Tayler Thatcher & the overall feel of the facility! #welldone
Good training for all ages. My 10 year old likes the training he is receiving and we like how the coaches and staff treat their clients. All the staff is very friendly and personable. Coming from So Cal we are glad we found a sports performance place to replace the training center we were going to there.
Another great night of Speed and Agility training w/ Tayler! Our Sons favorite night of the week!!! We love it!
Phenomenal training! The coaches truly care about the athletes and want to make them better. Our son attended the most recent camp with Dakota and it was awesome!!
