Ordered 4 hinges on 12-5-24 and paid an extra $43 for shipping. It is now 12-12-24 and said hinges have not even left their warehouse yet. Had I known it was going to take over a week for the product to even be mailed, I would have ordered from someone more punctual.

Ordered from them on April 19th. They finally shipped on May 13th. No communication from them on why so long to ship. Had requested 2 updates, first one was never replied to and second one they did. Had nothing on their website about any covid delays. Found a couple wrong things shipped. Sent square brace bands instead of round and wrong size caps. Verified with my order to ensure I ordered correctly and I did. Cost of wrong parts is only around $4 from them so not worried about replacements. I'll just buy local replacement ... read more
