I love this bank but I only wish there was more ATM machines.
Don't join! And don't let anyone you love either!! They are absolutely ruthless to deal with after someone who owes them money dies and doesn't have enough money left behind to pay bill. Even though you attempt to settle with them, they sick a lawyer on you because they won't take less than what they're owed. Great service in San Leandro! The employees treat each customer as if they are a priority because they are a priority.
After waiting 2 1/2 weeks to get my ATM card in the mail after you allowed someone to make a $2000 purchase on my card and ship something to Texas, you failed to provide my prior pin number. Thanks again, for me and the people in line behind me at Costco when I could not make a purchase.
