Service has gone was at down. I've banked here for over 30 years since it was City and County Employees Credit Union. Its been 2 weeks since THEY called me about transactions, I told them they were fraudulent, and I still haven't been credited. If this were my debit card and not credit, it would be a HUGE problem! I had a card stolen and used that same day, issued by Chase, and that was credited within 3 days. Over a holiday weekend. I called 2 weeks ago about my card being cancelled do to being compermised. Asked for new card to be sent. Called and asked when it should arrive and they said they show no record of me calling or sending a new card. Asked to speak to manager and never got a call back! I wish I could give 0 stars.
That has been my credit union since 1980. They have been great to me and for me. Never paid a car note payroll deduction.
Great service feels like a family. Much better than a bank!
