We had our siding replaced. Zach was very hands on - he explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and showed me what was happening each step of the way. He was at the house two or three times a day for most of the project checking work and giving direction. He was clear about what might come up that could delay progress (which did happen) but he was in constant communication. Despite the unforeseen issues with the old siding, the project went extremely well and Zach was just great to work with.
Having used many home improvement contractors during my 40-plus years as a homeowner, I have to rate my experience with Jake and 1st Team Exteriors as one of the very best ever. Jake was always right on time for our preliminary meetings, his crew replaced our entire roof in less than a day (meaning minimal disruptions to our lives), and installed a beautiful skylight where I had always pictured one. Fantastic! Pros from beginning to end. And, if you’ve ever had your roof or siding replaced you know that’s not always the case. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for an exterior contractor.
Will the project manager, the installer and the business office were all a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship and the guarantees that came with it! We will absolutely be using first team for our future home projects!
