Terrible service. Waited forever for them to answer and when the did. They said theu didnt have my part in stock. Then told me they could ship it to me for the most expensive online price plus an $8.00 shipping fee. Then I asked if I would be able to replace my part with a generic brand and he said he couldn't answer my question and that they only sell parts... Dont see this place lasting very long. Do not shop here people they are clearly out to rip you off.

Nobody answers the phone. I just wanted to check availability on a dryer belt and waited 10 minutes on hold. No one answered. Also bought a microwave fuse here and tried to return it but they wouldn't let me since it was already in a microwave. Its a refurbished part! It was already in a microwave! Answer your phone, otherwise lose business!

while waiting for someone to answer, I read 45 reviews about how people wait 10 minutes or longer for someone to answer the phone and how more expensive they are than washer specialties, (my part $32 more at 1st source). I hung up after waiting 13 minutes and 47 seconds and finding their over high price.

The guy there gave me misinformation about parts availability. Said i could not buy parts online. Woman looked up what i needed (they dont carry) and where to find
