2 days later Problem was not fixed correctly and is causing worst damage. Supposedly he replaced with a new garbage disposal but it is worst than before. Avoid this company. I am unable to use my sink because water is coming up. Worker was here less than 15 minutes.. I should have known he did a poor job after he was only here for less than 15 minutes

Our warranty company assigned us to them for a fireplace gas leak. Our gas was shut off pending a valve replacement. A guy came out the next day and looked at the fireplace and said he didnt have his tools and would probably come back the following day. He left and never came back. I called the office and apparently the valve needed to be ordered and they would come out two days later. I told them this was an emergency. We have no hot water for showers and no stove. I had an emergency situation and was not home. They came quickly, worked with me re: details getting into my unit. Best of all, a human being actually answered the phone when I called. Communication was fabulous! Thanks 1st Response!
