We had a great experience with 1st Response HVAC & Electric Solutions. Our technician, Braxten, was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with our A/C unit and was extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this company.
CONSUMER ALERT-Read recent review from Shannon Carver. They did the exact same thing to me. Purchased a heat pump from them recently that won’t put out cold air. Called them for warranty work and they no called/no showed 2 appointments and now the owner is ghosting me. This company has gone off a cliff. I was a long term customer and now have to find someone new. Please be advised if you choose to work with them.
More like NO RESPONSE. First Response serviced the furnace at our Edmonds home and disconnected the heat pump which lead to a failed furnace. It was impossible to reach them by phone, but I was able to schedule a follow up service appointment since we were under warranty, they no called no showed. My experience with First Response has been incredibly unprofessional
More like NO RESPONSE. First Response serviced the furnace at a home in Edmonds and failed to fix the furnace trouble. This company has been completely unreachable. No answered phone calls or return calls.
We’ve used 1st Response for over six years. They are a great company. The are prompt, thorough and very professional. When they send a technician to service your furnace, they do a thorough job, with clear explanations and photos of your system. I would highly recommend this company
