Don't work with this company. After purchasing their annual maintenance plans for both our heater and air conditioner, they no-showed on three separate appointments. Why did I agree to the third appointment? Because the owner promised us a full refund PLUS $1000 if they didn't show for the last appointment. Despite them not showing for the last appointment, and sending me an email stating they would be sending me a check, it never showed up. I am not a customer of 1st Response; however, I am compelled to report the highly dangerous conduct of one of your drivers that I witnessed on August 9, 2025. Based on what I observed, I would strongly urge immediate review of this driver’s behavior and their fitness to operate a company vehicle. At approximately 11:30 a.m., while traveling on I-5, your driver cut me off twice as well as several others without using a turn signal. One of the rear lights on the vehicle was also out. I am a contractor in Seattle and have been using First Response exclusively for the better part of a decade. Most of the work they have done for me has been great but the last year or so, the service, the communication and reliability have fallen completely off. Most recently resulting in a leak from a newly installed mini split head unit in a clients house. Freshly installed floors and trim in the house were ruined. Huge thanks to 1st Response HVAC & Electric Solutions! Braxton and Justin came out the same day to repair my leaking split unit. They were fast, professional, and incredibly kind—not just to me, but also to my beloved dog. Expert service with added dog pets, Doesn’t get better than that. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with 1st Response HVAC & Electric Solutions. Our technician, Braxten, was able to quickly diagnose and fix an issue with our A/C unit and was extremely friendly. We would highly recommend this company.
