I just refinanced my VA Loan through the IRRRL program. Sara Huszar was fantastic throughout the entire process. In addition to getting me a much more favorable interest rate, she made the entire process easy. She is a true professional in every sense of the word and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody going through the loan process. Great work!

Tim Ragen is a class act, -attentive, professional, and on top of the process. Tim took the time to explain every step of the process, what to expect and followed up whenever necessary taking the stress out of not knowing what may be taking longer then expected or any other things that come up duiring the process all the way to funding. I would like to give a big thank you to Tim Regan for working with me during my whole VA home loan refinance process. Everything was pretty quick and easy. Tim had great communication and never pressured me to do anything during the process. A lot of the time he was waiting on me to get stuff done. He even went as far as giving me a few options when it came to my rates. Hopefully we'll be able to work again with each other in the future.

Theis was a wonderful experience. Joseph communicated with us throughout the entire process. The process was easy and completed very quickly. We are very pleased with the entire experience and would recommend 1st Rate Mortgage if you are looking to refinance your loan. They were extremely straight forward and made sure we were in the loop every step of the way.

We recently refinanced two VA mortgages with 1st Rate Home Mortgage, and Troy Johnson was our broker. Normally, I wouldn't bother commenting on, or rating a mortgage company, but the level of customer service we received from Troy was so great, he really earned five star status. He was always available to answer any questions and sort through any issues we had, and he made the process easier for both loans.

We worked with Troy Johnson on our refinance. Troy was very knowledgable with the refinancing process on our home. Troy was very personable and attentive to our needs and wants during this process. Our refinance took less than a month to complete and Troy always stayed in contact with us. Anytime we had a question or concern he was very good about getting back in touch with us in a very timely manner. I have referred Troy to my neighbors and friends as he was always professional and kind.

Sarah Meintel was the mortgage loan officer that I worked with at 1st Rate Home Mortgage, Inc. and she provided me with absolutely awesome service on my VA mortgage refinance loan!!! As the result of her overall excellent service and support to me, I will most definitely check with her first on any future mortgage loans that I may need as well as I intend to refer both other family members of mine and friends to her whenever they have need of either a new mortgage loan or a refinanced mortgage loan.
