RecommendedIf you're going to choose a title company to help facilitate the sale or purchase of a home I highly recommend them. Belinda Stephenson is one of the best closer's around. She works in a timely manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and gets the job done. She has worked with me for both buyers and sellers on some difficult deals, but has worked hard to iron out the issues make sure they get to the closing table.
