She works in a timely manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and gets the job done. Awful. Just horrible. I am a professional real estate investor who does more than 50 deals per year. This year, we gave three deals to Marie at 1st Quality Title, and I regret giving them each and every one. Just tried to get a quote for a timeshare transfer. The man I spoke to seemed unfamiliar (to me) on what I was talking about. Then hung up on me. So much for "great service."
