The properties I was selling had a number of problems. On e had existing renters under rent control, paying less then marginal rent. Dianna was able to find a solution that was agreeable to the renters and myself. The other property was in bad shape. It even had a mold problem from a leaky roof. Again Dianna came through and found a buyer. In both cases she was able to get market value for the properties even with the problems they had. Ms. Miller is truly above any other person in her field. Ms. Miller saved my house. Before Mr. Miller came to my rescue I was in foreclosure. Ms. Miller had it moved back before she did anything. Ms Miller worked on this for months with me to it resolve. Ms. Miller would make contact with my mortgage numerous time in my behalf and work with me on what the mortgage company is looking for. Diona provided excellent service during the sale of my home. She was very responsive, 99% of the time she returned my telephone calls within an hour or two. I found her to be both knowledgeable and professional. I felt she had my best interest at hand through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Diona to anyone in the process of selling their home.

I have been purchasing rental properties for over 12 years now. By far Diona is the best realtor that I have ever had!!! She made the process stress free. Diona was the BEST!! My wife and I were worried when we decided to short sell, but she took all that worry and put it on her shoulders.
