RecommendedI was Looking for a Condo in LA County( Inglewood);I had my fears about the purchase but 1st Priority One assured me it would happen, and made it their personal business to keep me posted on every aspect of my purchasing journey. The properties I was selling had a number of problems. On e had existing renters under rent control, paying less then marginal rent. Dianna was able to find a solution that was agreeable to the renters and myself. The other property was in bad shape. It even had a mold problem from a leaky roof. Again Dianna came through and found a buyer. In both cases she was able to get market value for the properties even with the problems they had.
