Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I have been waiting on a quote for weeks. They do not reply to emails and they argue with you when you call them to inquire about being double-billed. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough about their lack of professionalism. This house is very old with very old plumbing. Right after the ice storm, we were very prompt in getting to the location to help fix a broken pipe which we did. 2.
