I'm so happy with my new caregiver! I had one before, and she wasn't right for me. Me and my dad called up the office and they sent out a new one! It's been smooth sailing ever since! I love my new caregiver, he's my best friend. He comes over to help me with my clothes, keeps me safe on walks, cleaning the house, laundry, getting water, grooming, shaving, holding me up to stand and even fixed my computer when it wouldn't turn on! If I could give 0 stars I would.... I was new to the company having lung cancer, lumbar disease, and neuropathy. The worker assigned to me called off multiple times a week and even her first day. The excuse was "Oh I forgot about you". Upon my complaints and being reassured it wouldn't happen again, the same worker started showing up 45 minutes late every work day. She would never call to send a replacement worker to me. I had a fall one day and no worker was here to help me. I told this company they needed to find me a work... read more
