These guys are ridiculous, they show up unannounced and they charge me fees because nobody was there. They only use credit card charges because they got you. Once i called them out on what they were doing they put me on their "not to do business list". Be very careful working with them or better don't work with them.
We have used 1st Jon for multiple events now. Everyone I’ve worked with has been so pleasant and helpful. The equipment they gave us was in great condition and serviced more frequently than we needed! I have even been to a few events around town and used their stalls, always in good clean working order. I trust them with my business to provide what I need for the 1000’s of my customers. Highly recommend them.
