Seemed honest enough, nothing negative to say. Had a few phone conversation with Marie, seemed very knowledgeable and pleasant.
ZERO STARS- This dealer completely lied about the condition of the car. Ivan indicated things had been checked and replaced as their materials state- but less than 30 days later we had over $3000 in repairs- ENGINE repairs, that would not have gotten past a legitimate inspection. In addition- see the 2nd email after several phone calls: they expected us to pay $600 to tow the car to them and charge us for fixing it there- but never sent an estimate, never called back, and the owner did not answer our email below.
