Check in was awful! I used an online booking, took over an hour to get check in (3:45pm til after 5pm). Then we was sent to a double room not, the King room I paid for. When I went back to the office the man working tried to say my reservation didn't say king room. Then he found the "small print". He said he would upgraded my room but, the room was what I paid for. Nice beds and tv. Went to lobby for breakfast before the 9am cutoff and there was only chocolate chip cookies and burnt coffee. Thanks a lot I might as well go buy something somewhere thanks for $73 bed and very tight room. Probably stay elsewhere next time.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1st Inn Branson Hotel. We intend to stay there on our future trips to Branson.
RecommendedNice hotel friendly staff but breakfast in need of an overhaul
Booked for our honeymoon......Jacuzzi was dirty as was the bathroom. The air conditioner barely worked, so was hot and humid most of the time. The bed was so worn out that we rolled to the center all the time. The older woman at the front desk when we checked in was rude and not friendly at all. Will NOT be staying there again! :(
It was clean, quiet, & friendly. Most definitely served its purpose for a last minute non planned one night getaway. Decent quality & price for a packaged deal!!
We came in and the room was not clean there was hair in the sink and the pool was full of leaves and debris. The housekeeping staff there was none. The pictures online are nothing like the actual thing. I will not be staying here again!!!!!!!
It has small space,we had to move two times cuse the air didn't work it was horrible
