Rooms were ok, but could get better for about the same price. No iron or ironing board in the rooms. Most of the amenities listed on the Web page were either under construction or non existent. The 18 hole golf course listed is non functioning and up for sale. The excerise room contained 1 treadmill, 1 bike and 1 eliptical and was not available for use. Location was good,

It was very clean and accommodating. comfortable beds, quiet, plenty of room. Fridge and microwave in room along with coffee maker and hair dryer. Breakfast was available and was very good and simple. My daughter loved that she got to make her own waffle. Only complaints is pool was closed at the end of May, and breakfast was in a different building. The weather wasn't accommodating for pool use during my stay, but I still thought it odd.

We stayed at 1st Inn Branson on our Branson Family & Friends trip with 37 women, the rooms were nice, clean and roomy. The staff was not only friendly but were very accommodating. We were a crazy bunch of women that made many memories. Thank you for putting up with us all. I would stay with you again.

Thank you 1st In Branson Hotel! I just spent 4 nights with 37 women at this hotel! It was clean, friendly staff and cratered to our every need! I can't wait to come back!!

I can't give it more. We couldn't get in at rooms because the keys wouldn't work. So we were stuck out side until 11:30 pm and we got back at 10:30. And of if the men that worked over the counter was rude as ever could be. Not good 1st time experience thankfully I moved on to my next hotel resort for my trip and it was better. Y'all suck.
