How often do you hear someone say that they have had a very pleasant experience at the dentist's office? Well, I recently did just that. A crown that I had put in a little over 2 years ago suddenly cracked and the side fell off. I called Dr. Russell's office and they were able to get me in very quickly. He offered to replace it at no charge since he felt that it should have lasted longer than it did. He and his team very efficiently and professionally replaced my crown. I am blessed to have pretty good teeth for my age. The Pros at 1st Impressions Dentistry are keeping them that way. They do it all right there, quickly, professionally, and with a friendly and pleasant attitude. I actually like going to the dentist!
My visit was good! I requested Dr Russel for my amalgam filling removal. I wanted him to discuss what he thought the tooth needed to protect it. He explained to me in detail what steps could be taken or not. It made me feel a part of the process not just a patient having dental work without really having any knowledge about the procedure. I feel I made the right decision without being prompted by anyone. This was a happy visit for me.
The doctor and his crew of young ladies was the best I have seen. I had 2 cavities filled and 2 teeth pulled and teeth cleaned. The pain in my mouth is better. Thanks again a homeless Vietnam veteran Dan
