My two kids and I had teeth cleaning check-up appointments. The staff and dentist were friendly and respectful. The exam rooms are clean with up-to-date equipment. The one odd thing was that the dentist seemed to arrange for her friends/acquaintances to meet in the waiting room. None of them had dental appointments and left before we did. However, they proceeded to have a social gathering IN the waiting room for over 1 hour while we were getting our teeth cleaned.?
Veronica is amazing !! I was blessed to have her to complete my deep cleaning yesterday ! Her voice is soothing and she clearly knows what she is doing after 17 years of experience. She takes great care to insure you're ok !! I highly recommend 1st Family Dental because of her.
I'm a coward st the dentist but First Family dental makes you feel right at home. Definitely recommend them
The staff is very nice and welcoming. Great customer service. The office is beautiful and calming. I do not look forward to dental work, but everyone (Dr. Sandy Murad, Kristen and Veronica) have taken good care of me and made me feel comfortable.

Veronica was outstanding! I needed a deep cleaning and was quite worried beforehand. She reassured me, administered the anesthetic flawlessly and made the entire procedure go smoothly. I will be bringing the rest of my family to First Family Dental for sure! I met Dr. Chris at my last visit, and was also impressed by his engaging manner and professionalism. I'm thrilled to have found First Family Dental! Thank you for the wonderful care!

The office manager was very helpful and caring. I explained my financial situation and she was able to make my payments and down payment affordable. I really appreciate her kindness. My son now has braces which makes him feel more confident about his smile
