I've been a member for 16+ years and I do not know why I continue to use this bank. The new online banking is terrible, you cannot transfer money between multiple checking or savings account like the old system. Also the mobile application has changed several times over the years. I just set up the check depositing on it and now the new app is not ready for this usage, but they roll it out anyways.
