Friendly and helpful staff
I started out when I worked for CVSD and this was their bank. So I never had a checking account in my name even though I was married for years and my boss informed me that I needed to start establishing some credit in my name. So I am very happy that I did. Had my check put right into my savings and I also do the Christmas Club. Thank you.
Friendly, accurate in transactions, easy to deal with, talks with knowledge and when advising. Member for MANY YEARS.
They are just the best! Personnel are friendly, let me tease, always have a smile, and are always patient! SUper employees!
I switched to first Ed credit Union from a big city bank and I am so glad I did. Everyone is so personable and friendly, and they have the best rates around. Small town service and great rates I can’t think of a better place to join. I also didn’t realize that you can join this credit union if you are a member of church or social club (i.e. VFW, Eagles, etc.)
My kids love going there to see santa on Saturday.
I’ve banked here for many years and I won’t go anywhere else. When you go in for service, you are always greeted with a smile and usually by name. I have worked with Kelly on my loans and not only is she helpful and well informed, but I always felt she listened without judgment and led me to the best decisions. It’s great to feel like a person and not just another account.
Super great service and better rates on loans and savings than my bank!!!!
