Herb ***** and his team at 1st Eagle Mortgage were phenomenal. They worked around the clock to ensure that we closed on time (almost exactly four weeks from the date our offer was accepted). Herb made sure we understood the process and worked to get us the lowest interest rate possible. There is a lot of documentation required to be loaned a mortgage, but it was all explained and handled seamlessly. We were thrilled to work with Herb to negotiate the purchase of our very first home!

This is the second time we have used 1st Eagle to refinance our loan. Both times we had a very good experience. Herb and his team are well prepared and have the best rates available. We would highly recommend them to anyone refinancing a mortgage.

Pamela ******** was "on top" of things every step of the way. She is knowledgeable, proficient and makes the entire process as simple and "painless" as possible.
