Herb and his staff are great. I have worked with them for mortgage financing a number of times over the years. They are always able to get me the best interest rate and Herb always spends time to "run the numbers" for me and discuss mortgage options that are in my best interest given my particular circumstances and goals. Pam and Herb were great to work with even though with it being a 203K loan we had a long road, but we made it. Now I have a house I love.
Frank & Pam at 1st Eagle Mortgage did an amazing job and saved me a lot of money. This is my fifth home purchase and was by far the easiest one I've been through even though I was on a much tighter timeline. I can absolutely attribute that to Frank & Pam's expertise! I can't recommend them enough.
